Naomi has almost 20 years’ experience as a primary STEM education consultant and is Director of
Primary STEM Education Consultancy, one of the most successful specialist primary STEM education consultancies in England. It provides advice to national bodies, local authorities, education partnerships and multi-academy trusts on devising and implementing strategies for primary science and D&T, as well as working directly with schools to develop their science and D&T curricula and provide CPD tailored to their needs. She leads the team of consultants responsible for developing the award-winning
PLAN primary science resources which have been used by over 200,000 teachers to support their planning and assessment.
She is a Chartered Science Teacher, Senior Facilitator for STEM Learning, the Regional Lead for London and a hub leader for the Primary Science Quality Mark and an author of primary science teaching and learning resources, including Collins Snap Science and Science Meets English.
She is a longstanding member of the Association for Science Education, a current member of its Education Group and a former chair of its Primary Science Committee.
