About me
Damian has recently joined the AQA Science Team as Curriculum Support Manager. With over 20 years teaching experience, he has worked across a wide variety of schools delivering support, school improvement and training. Damian also worked as a Science Consultant as part of the Secondary National Strategy. He has extensive leadership experience through these diverse roles in Merseyside and Lancashire schools and holds an NPQH.
Damian has a Post Graduate Certificate in Education with specialism in Biology. He is enthusiastic in making science accessible to all students and has an interest in shaping the lives of future science teachers. He enjoys any science practical which engages and develops students’ knowledge, skills and understanding and promotes a love of science.
